Cider press from Ramseier
On behalf of Ramseier Suisse AG, we were able to contribute to the refurbishment of the cider press used for show purposes.
The traditional model is operated with water and still had leather seals installed.
To begin with, the valve block was completely dismantled.
The bores were sandblasted and the sealing surfaces refurbished.

The seal seats were carefully turned out and new guide bushes were manufactured and pressed in.
New seals made of H-PU were manufactured by our seal masters.
The valve block was then cleaned and reassembled.
The must press was put back into operation on site with a maximum pressure of 350 bar.
