These exciting tasks await you:
- Management and organization of the workshop for the
- repair of hydraulic systems
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring work processes
- Ensuring on-time and high-quality order processing
- Managing and motivating the workshop team
- Carrying out fault analyses and problem solving for hydraulic systems
- Preparing quotations for repairs
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training in the field of hydraulics such as agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
- High level of organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving oriented thinking and acting
