Revision of hydraulic cylinder for concrete pump

We were commissioned by Marti Tunnelbau AG to completely overhaul the hydraulic cylinder for a concrete pump.

As this is used in tunnel construction, we had to meet special requirements in terms of resistance to contamination.

We were able to carry out the following work:

Sandblasting the cylinder to remove rust and dirt.

Dismantling the cylinders for a thorough inspection.

Cleaning of all componentsfor an optimum foundation.

Manufacture of new piston rods and cylinder tubes to ensure functionality.

Resealing the cylindersto prevent leaks.

Assembling and testing the cylinders for functionality.

Priming and painting the cylinders to provide additional protection against environmental influences.
