Hydraulic cylinder repair

We proceeded as follows:

• First, the cylinder base eye was drawn in our CAD software.
• The second step was to produce the new cylinder base eye.
• The old eye was then separated from the cylinder and the tube prepared for the new eye.
• A brass bearing bush was then fitted with graphite.
• The next step was to weld the bottom eye back on.
• Finally, the cylinder was sealed using new seals and tested for function and tightness.
